As S50’s VP of Customer and Patient Experience, Annie has spent over 20 years crafting innovative and intuitive, customer-centric digital experiences that help drive business growth and customer loyalty. Annie heads up a CX team responsible for conducting patient/customer research, developing strategic solutions, turning data into insights, product discovery, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
With a career spanning both CPG and Healthcare spaces, Annie has taken her education and experience rooted in customer and patient research and blended creativity, empathy, and emerging technologies, to transform complex problems into intuitive and elegant digital solutions for all users. Annie and the CX team at S50, bring a unique perspective and leadership role to each project – laser-focused on the patient/customer needs, while also balancing innovative design thinking with business strategy.
Prior to joining S50, Annie has always been at the intersection of healthcare and digital innovation – designing experiences for collaborations between Aetna Digital and Apple for wearable devices and apps; Merck, for such blockbuster brands as Keytruda; and a long standing presence in the research space conducting hundreds of interviews of patients and HCPs for health care content platforms. Annie also spent years in the wellness space, designing CX solutions for Weightwatchers.com and the WW App. Outside of the healthcare space, Annie has been behind the CX efforts to design digital solutions for brands such as IBM, GM, Shutterstock, AT&T, Samsung and Diageo.
